The Scholarships cover academic fees and an annual maintenance grant (£10,000 per annum in Session 2013/14).

Eligibility:

The scholarship are open to applicants who would be liable to pay academic fees at the full international fee rate, who are commencing PhD research study from 1 October 2014 (Round 1) or 1 January 2015 (Round 2).

To be eligible to apply for a Leeds International Research Scholarship you MUST first submit a research degree study application form and be allocated a Student ID Number. When you have been allocated a Student ID Number, you should complete the University’s International Postgraduate Research Scholarships application form by the deadline. Deadline was 20 January 2014 for courses starting October 2014. The next deadline is 16 June 2014 for courses starting January 2015.
